We’ve worked hard to rethink how this unique group can meet the challenges of emerging technologies, changing work/life philosophies, and uncertain markets to make this group work for you (and everyone!):
- Open to all career stages: Anyone seeking growth, transition support, or help navigating challenges can join.
- Hybrid monthly meetings: Regular large group sessions plus one-on-one mentor connections.
- Dual focus: Mentors and mentees each have a dedicated advocate and facilitator.
- Participant-led topics: Your interests guide the conversation.
