SMPS Oregon has so many amazing, talented committee volunteers and we want to recognize those that step up to get things done! The monthly MVP is nominated by the Board of Directors for outstanding contributions to our chapter and going above and beyond their general committee responsibilities.

This month, we’d like to give the MVP Award and a round of applause to Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee Chair – Kelly Johnson, Marketing Director at 3J Consulting.

"Kelly has been a long-standing member of the SMPS Oregon Chapter and has served on a variety of committees, including as the director of the (former) Professional Development Committee. Kelly has a wealth of knowledge that is always willing to share with others. During my parental leave, she stepped up and managed the JEDI committee through several successful events. We are truly lucky to have Kelly as a member of our chapter and AEC community."
